 | How to OrderBuying through 'Gifts and Giving' is really very straight forward.
Follow the bullet points below for a quick guide :
* Select the Product Group that you would like to search through. (Product Groups are listed down the left hand side of the Home page)
* Scroll down through the product images shown for that section and 'click' on one that you would like to know more about.
* You are now looking at the Product Page for that product, where you will find some useful information about the product like price, size and typical uses etc....
* For an even larger view of the product simply 'click' on the image or the larger view icon.
* Before 'Adding to Basket' please be sure to consider carefuly the offer of Free Internal Lining and 'click' the box if Internal Lining is required. Contact us if you are unsure, and look at other product images too see how 'with' and 'without' will look. Lining is always dark blue.
* Once you have considered the options on offer and decided to purchase a product, 'click' on that product's 'Add to Basket' button.
* You can continue to purchase products during your shopping trip and you can 'click' 'View Basket' to keep track of your running total. (You can remove or add items anytime up until checkout)
* 'Click' on checkout when you have finished shopping.
* Select the country for us to send the invoice to and the country for us to ship the order to. (Normally this is the same country and the same address, but not always). Press <next>.
* Choose your preferred delivery service, add your address(s), contact details, read our Terms and Conditions and tick the box. Press <next>
* Most importantly, don't worry there is a very helpful guide which flashes up if required information is missing during the checkout stages.
* If you have any problems at all then we will arrange to take payment either over the phone or via the post, it's no problem for us to do this. Either email or telephone us via the 'Contact Us' drop down information box on the homepage and we will help you through the process.

Standard 5 day delivery in mainland UK is £1.99 per order.
We offer a next business day delivery service which will cost £6.99 per order (Mainland UK)
However, if your total basket order exceeds £150 then you will receive FREE delivery (Mainland UK).
Highlands, Islands and N.I standard 5 day delivery will cost £3.99 per order.
Next business day delivery service to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will cost £8.99 per order.
All other delivery requirements will need to be discussed with us at Gifts and Giving so we can determine a quote for you.
