We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day ordered. For orders received before 12 noon that day (Mon to Thu). For orders received after 12 noon (Mon to Thu) we endeavour to dispatch your order by 12 noon the following day. For orders received after 12 noon on Friday or any orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday we endeavour to dispatch your order by 12 noon on the following first available working day.
During very busy periods please bare with us, we will always process orders sequentially as they are received and as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail First Class and takes approximately 4 business days from time of dispatch (for mainland UK).
For this service each order costs a total of £1.99. Unless of course your order exceeds £150 in which case the delivery is FREE.
We also offer a next business day delivery service whereby we charge a standard £6.99 per order (mainland UK).

We do a great deal of business to the United States and we have found that shipping costs vary greatly depending upon product weight, desired shipping speed and exact destination so please email us to enquiries@giftsandgiving.com so we can specify an exact cost for you before you order. If you could email us with the product names required, speed required and State destination for delivery we will email an exact shipping cost before you go ahead.
Packaging : We support re-cycling wherever possible in our processes. Our cartons and packaging materials are generally re-cycled from friends, families, customers and local businesses. Apart from the environmental benefits this also helps us too keep the costs down for our customers.
